Arts For All Content Creation
Case #1
The Problem: Arts For All's website had become outdated. We used a lot of stock photos instead of pictures of our own classes and kids. The ability to register students was based on old code that was no longer functional. We were reduced to paper applications only. After taking bids from several companies on how to redesign our site and implement a registration feature, we determined that the expense required to meet our needs was too high.
The Solution: In an afternoon of editing with Wix, I had completely redesigned the website, using our original wording and photographs of our own classes and students. I also implemented the Bookings feature to give us a way to register students for over 30 classes. This resulted in an increase in attendance of 100%. We also had almost 1500 unique visitors to the new site in a 5-month period. The new site gave AFA staff complete control over the content, gave parents and students a seamless system for registering, and attracted new clients with its colorful, updated design.
Case #2
The Problem: Arts For All's communication with clients and marketing toward new clients had been lacking. This was due to the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, including moving classes to an online format, which affected enrollment, staff turnover, and the death of our beloved founder due to coronavirus. No social media posts and few e-mail communications had gone out to staff or students following the shutdown of in-person activities in our local area.
The Solution: I was hired to create and maintain communications with current students and expand our marketing to attract new clients. I created social media posts for Instagram and Facebook. I wrote e-mail newsletters and updates using Constant Contact. I kept track of insights and analytics for all forms of communication. We reached more than 4500 engagements with our social media content in a 90-day period. We also signed up numerous new clients to our newsletter through our revamped website.
